Markets Asset Services – Income Processing Analyst

As an Analyst in Markets Asset Services – Income Processing (WHEM market), you will play a key operational and analytical role in ensuring accurate and timely income event processing across products and markets in scope within WHEM. You will work in a fast-paced environment with multiple systems and stakeholders, developing strong judgment to prioritize, investigate, and resolve issues with a client-focused and control-minded approach.

In this role, you will face challenges such as Out-of-the-box thinking to resolve daily queries from a wide range of stakeholders across the business, Analytical activities, applying your knowledge, skills, and independent thinking to identify root causes and drive resolution; and Building strong partnerships with key stakeholders and finding effective ways to collaborate.

Job Responsibilities:

• Monitoring, analyzing, and processing income-related transactions via multiple proprietary and vendor systems for the WHEM coverage scope.
• Facilitating accurate and timely income processing for all products in scope across WHEM markets, in line with procedures and controls.
• Investigating and resolving booking issues/breaks, taking ownership through closure with clear documentation and follow-up.
• Building strong working relationships with the teams you interact with and partnering day-to-day to improve efficiency and outcomes.
• Ensuring timelines and client service delivery standards are consistently achieved.
• Escalating issues in a timely manner, communicating impact, status, and next steps clearly.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• Advanced level of English
• Advanced level of Ms. Office.
