You will own the technical and operational layer of the lifecycle program. You will administer the martech stack, build campaign orchestration, manage data integrations and pipelines, maintain CRM data hygiene, define the stack roadmap, and enforce QA, deployment, and experimentation standards.

- Present architecture recommendations

- Establish experimentation cadence
Requirements
- 5+ years in marketing automation, martech, or CRM operations
- Technical-layer ownership
- Martech data pipelines and integrations
- Marketing automation and CRM platform administration
- Operational and QA standards
- Deployment governance
