Martech Solutions Manager
You will lead the exploration, adoption, and integration of marketing technologies that support customer acquisition and retention. You will translate business needs into technical solutions, own MarTech integrations and architectures, enable model-driven marketing and AI capabilities, and guide technology adoption.
Responsibilities
- Scope, integrate, and enable new capabilities across the MarTech stack
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and integration designs
- Create phased delivery plans
- Own solutions engineering across internal MarTech systems
- Design scalable architectures and end-to-end capability builds
- Own data integrations, model-driven marketing, and AI incorporation
- Design API and event-based connections between internal systems
- Partner with marketing, technology, product, and customer marketing teams
- Evaluate build-versus-buy tradeoffs
- Define technical standards for new tool onboarding
- Maintain the solutions architecture
- Identify capability gaps and source suitable partners or internal solutions
- Prioritize work and track progress across business units
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in marketing technology, transformation, or solutions engineering leadership preferred
- Experience developing capabilities with current technologies
- Experience implementing solutions across third-party marketing technology partners
- Expertise developing personalized customer marketing campaigns
- Hands-on experience integrating MarTech tools through APIs or event pipelines
- Strong collaboration skills
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders
- Experience driving adoption through coaching, influence, and collaboration
- Familiarity with OKR goal setting
- Experience with JIRA, Asana, Monday.com, or similar platforms
- Comfort working with engineering teams in agile or sprint-based environments
