Maserati Marketing Supervisor/Assistant Manager 瑪莎拉蒂行銷主任/副理 (台北)
Description
We are looking for a Marketing Supervisor/ Assistant Manager with a digital focus who owns the demand engine: the content that attracts a qualified audience, the campaigns that convert them into enquiries, and the process that turn those enquiries into showroom appointments and signed contracts.
The role reports to the Marketing & PR Manager and works directly with the COO on budget, planning and HQ reporting. You will own the annual digital budget, direct external agencies and production vendors, and guide junior marketing team members.
This is a performance role with budget accountability. Success is measured in qualified leads, cost per qualified lead, appointment rate and contribution to order intake.
Core Responsibilities
1. Digital campaigns and lead management (45%)
•Plan, execute and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, LINE LAP and programmatic display.
•Own the enquiry funnel: landing pages, forms, LINE OA flows, lead scoring, CRM entry and routing to the correct showroom and consultant.
•Enforce sales follow up SLA and report leakage by consultant and by location.
Segment the owner and prospect database by model, ownership tenure, service history and lifecycle stage, and run targeted campaigns against each segment (conquest, retention, repurchase, service reactivation).
•Manage EDM and LINE broadcast programmes including list hygiene, testing and performance reporting.
•Report weekly on spend, qualified lead volume, cost per qualified lead, appointment rate and order contribution.
•Manage website content, SEO and vehicle listing accuracy across new, CPO and stock inventory.
•Plan and control the annual digital budget by channel and by campaign, with monthly reforecast and variance explanation.
2. Content production (35%)
•Produce the monthly social content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and LINE, from concept through copy, asset brief and publishing.
•Write bilingual copy: social posts, campaign landing pages, EDM, product notes, brochures and sales briefing material.
•Localize HQ global assets into Traditional Chinese that holds brand tone rather than reading as translation.
•Direct photo and video shoots for local product, stock vehicles, deliveries and events, including brief, shot list, vendor management and final approval.
•Build the product content library that the sales team uses in customer conversations.
•Manage community response on brand social channels and route enquiries into the lead funnel.
•Ensure every asset complies with HQ brand strategy and corporate identity.
•Brief, direct and review external agencies, production houses and freelancers, and hold them to deadline and quality standard.
3. Events, partnerships and brand support (20%)
•Deliver the digital layer of product launches, owner drives, showroom events and roadshows across three cities: invitation targeting, registration, reminder flows, on site capture and post event follow up.
•Tag attendees in CRM and report pipeline generated per event.
•Support co-branded programs with luxury and hospitality partners on the content and promotion side.
•Support press releases, media briefings and KOL collaborations in coordination with the Marketing Manager.
•Guide junior marketing team members on campaign execution and content standards and deputize for the Marketing Manager when required.
•Prepare monthly performance reporting for the COO and periodic submissions to HQ.
