About the Role
We are looking to hire a First-Class Bricklayer / Maintenance Technician to join our team in Madrid. This role will be key to ensuring that our quality and service standards continue to make a difference in our guests' experience. If you are a proactive person, customer-oriented, and driven by challenges, we want to meet you.
What you'll do
Preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel.
Carry out the inspection of all facilities, such as electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, heating, elevator systems...
Carry out the inspection in areas such as hallways, restaurants, bathrooms, event halls, pool...
Ensure that all hotel safety systems, such as fire alarms, smoke detectors, extinguishers, and emergency exits, are operational.
Resolve issues to prevent failures that could affect the guest experience.
Ensure that all materials and spare parts are in perfect condition and available to carry out scheduled maintenance or repairs.
Work closely with the housekeeping, reception and management departments to coordinate the hotel's daily operations.
What we're looking for
Minimum of two years of experience in a similar position.
Experience in bricklaying.
Vocational training in the sector.
Outstanding interpersonal skills and customer orientation.
Nice to have
Previous experience in international hotel chains.
Additional certifications as a maintenance specialist.
English language.

Full-time (8 continuous hours with a 30-minute break).
