Blackjack Horticulture builds and maintains outdoor spaces our clients are proud of — from retaining walls and patios to walkways and stonework that stand the test of time. Our mission is making outdoor spaces a JOY, not a JOB. We're growing our crew and looking for hands-on, reliable people who take pride in quality craftsmanship.
What You'll Do
- Build and repair hardscape features including retaining walls, paver patios, walkways, steps, and stone veneer
- Read and follow project plans/blueprints for layout and grading
- Mix and pour concrete, set stone/block, and finish surfaces to spec
- Operate hand and power tools safely
- Work alongside crew leads to keep projects on schedule and up to quality standards
- Maintain a clean, safe job site and properly care for equipment/materials
- Load/unload materials and assist with other landscape construction tasks as needed
What We're Looking For
- Prior masonry, hardscaping, or construction experience preferred (not always required — willing to train the right person)
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (a plus)
- Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a team-first attitude
- Willingness to learn and take direction on-site
