Masonry Estimator / Project Manager

An established and respected masonry contractor operating throughout southwest Missouri, recognized for craftsmanship and expertise.

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent industry experience required.

· Minimum 5 years’ experience in commercial masonry construction.

· Must display a high degree of professionalism in dress and mannerisms.

· Must have basic computer skills.

· Must be able to operate complex office equipment.

· Must have high level of customer service and communication skills.

· Must be able to perform with a high degree of concentration and attention to prepare, analyze, and present complex legal, technical and financial data.

· Requires an in-depth understanding of leadership principles.

· Lifting up to 50 pounds occasionally and up to 10 pounds frequently and frequently moving small objects.

· Must be able to move frequently inside the office accessing files, office machinery, etc.
