Scope of Work:
Provide labor and materials for masonry construction, repair, or installation using brick, stone, or concrete block.

Work Includes:
- Site preparation and layout
- Installation of brick, stone, or CMU (concrete masonry units)
- Mortar mixing and application
- Tuckpointing and joint finishing
- Repair or replacement of damaged masonry
- Installation of veneer systems (if applicable)
- Cleanup of work area
Exclusions (unless noted):
- Structural engineering or load-bearing design
- Foundation work
- Waterproofing beyond standard mortar application
