About the role

Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate Degree + Official Master's - Mass Recruitment Process Support Technicians (Madrid)

Empresa de Transformación Agraria, S.A., S.M.E., M.P., parent company of the TRAGSA GROUP, specializing in work related to rural development and nature conservation, is looking to hire 3 Mass Recruitment Process Support Technicians in Madrid.

What you'll do

• Plan, control, and execute mass selection projects contracted with consulting firms, ensuring compliance with the activity's specifications, as well as internal quality procedures.
• Review and draft specific guidelines for multi-position and multi-candidate mass selection processes.
• Publish job offers, perform recruitment and candidate pre-selection tasks, and apply or include test results in internal or external portals.
• Generate lists to be published after verifying and integrating data, checking accuracy, and applying advanced Excel formulas for each phase of the selection process.
• Maintenance and updating of the Databases associated with multi-position and multi-candidate mass selection processes.
• Instruct, advise, and monitor the Organizational Units of the Tragsa Group involved in multi-position and multi-candidate selection processes.
• Support Selection Bodies in multi-position and multi-candidate mass selection processes.
• Analyze data and prepare reports and statements on the activities developed.

What we're looking for

Compliance with requirements and/or merits must be justified through the performance of assessment tests and/or by attaching the necessary documentation in the "Annexes" section of the registration questionnaire. • Hold a Bachelor's Degree or Undergraduate Degree + Official Master's in Psychology, Sociology, Labor Relations and Employment, Labor Relations and Human Resources, Human Resources, Information and Documentation, Public Management and Administration, ADE, Business Sciences, Economics, Public Management and Administration, Political Science, Law, or Journalism (MECES level 3) (degree officially recognized in Spain or certificate of equivalence issued by the General Secretariat of Universities)
• Valid type B driver's license in Spain.
• Advanced level of Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP function, data analysis, data filtering and sorting, applying formulas and functions to cells) (will be verified during technical assessment)

Nice to have

• Academic and/or employment contract experience in multi-position and multi-candidate mass selection processes
• Proficiency in Power Query (will be verified during technical assessment)
• Academic and/or work experience in HR departments in private and/or public sector companies
• Academic and/or employment contract experience reviewing files in selection processes or administrative files

Education & certifications

• Training in Microsoft 365 tools for document management, task organization, and digital collaboration

How you'll work

• We offer:
  - Fixed-term contract of approximately between 1.5 and 12 months, with the option of extension if appropriate and respecting the maximum duration limits established in current labor legislation for each contractual modality. The type and duration of the contract will depend on the reason for hiring, the project, and the circumstances of the selected person(s).
  
  - Full-time.
