MASSAGE SUPERVISOR

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions to new staff to ensure they understand service standards and job expectations
• Organize and lead monthly meetings and training tests to maintain and improve team performance
• Perform body and foot massage services for customers as requested, ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborate effectively with team members to support a positive and productive work environment
• Demonstrate leadership by guiding and motivating team members to achieve service quality goals

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in providing massage services and team training
