JOB OVERVIEW

Provide treatments to guests that visit The Boar’s Head Spa according to 4 Diamond Service Expectations, while excelling in customer service and satisfaction.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

1. Maintain certifications in order to stay current in the fields of massage therapy.
2. Provide a nurturing environment in concert with the highest professional standards regarding client confidentiality and disclosure of inappropriate personal or business information.
3. Keep treatment rooms clean by sweeping the floor, changing linens and wiping down cabinetry and sink.
4. Keep staff room clean by stocking linens, cleaning-out the refrigerator and microwave, changing the tablecloth, organizing in-take forms and sweeping the floor.
5. Assist in laundry removal and storage.
6. Attend monthly staff meetings and internal training seminars as required.
7. Perform designated services for guests according to Boar's Head standards including handling aromatherapy oils, providing a variety of massage techniques.
8. Contribute to overall resort team goals by completing additional duties as assigned.
