MASSAGE THERAPIST

Clarinda Regional Health is looking for a Full-Time or Part-Time Massage Therapist to work in our Med Spa department! Operating hours are Tuesday - Friday from 8:00am - 6:00pm. Schedules may vary.

PRIMARY FUNCTION: The Massage Therapist provides professional therapeutic massage services in a safe, respectful, and client-centered environment. The Massage Therapist assesses client goals and preferences, performs massage techniques within the individual's scope of practice, provides appropriate education, and maintains accurate documentation.

The Massage Therapist works collaboratively with the Glow Medical Spa team to support client wellness, comfort, satisfaction, and continuity of care. The position supports the organization's commitment to Advancing Exceptional Care.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Education and/or Experience

· Graduate of a massage therapy program that meets State of Iowa licensure requirements.

· Previous experience in a spa, wellness, healthcare, or therapeutic massage setting is preferred.

Certificates, Licensure, Registrations

· Current license to practice massage therapy in the State of Iowa.

· Maintain required continuing education and licensure requirements.
