Massage Therapist / Facialist / Qatar

Career Land Center is hiring an experienced Massage Therapist / Facialist for a well-established spa in Doha, Qatar. The spa offers a professional and welcoming environment, and they’re looking for someone who is passionate about massage therapy and skincare, takes pride in delivering high-quality treatments, and makes every client feel relaxed and well looked after.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing a range of massage treatments, including Swedish, deep tissue, relaxation, and aromatherapy massage, according to your qualifications

• Providing full-body and targeted massage treatments tailored to clients’ needs and preferences

• Performing professional facial treatments, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, facial massage, masks, and moisturizing

• Assessing clients’ skin types and concerns to recommend suitable facial treatments and skincare products

• Providing specialized facials, such as hydrating, anti-aging, and deep-cleansing treatments, according to your training

• Consulting clients before treatments to understand their expectations and identify any relevant contraindications

• Recommending suitable treatments and providing advice on skincare routines and aftercare

• Maintaining a calm, comfortable, and professional atmosphere throughout each treatment

• Preparing treatment rooms, skincare products, massage oils, towels, and equipment before appointments

• Following strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards

• Keeping treatment rooms clean, organized, and ready for the next client

• Monitoring treatment supplies and informing management when stock needs replenishing

What we’re looking for

• At least 2 years of experience as a Massage Therapist and Facialist in a spa, beauty salon, wellness centre, or similar establishment

• Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body treatments

• Practical experience in professional facial treatments and skincare

• Knowledge of skin types, common skin concerns, facial products, and treatment protocols

• A relevant massage therapy, beauty therapy, or skincare certificate or diploma is preferred

• Good understanding of hygiene standards and client safety

• Excellent customer service skills and a professional approach

• Friendly, patient, and comfortable working with a diverse international clientele

• Good communication skills in English (Arabic or other languages are a plus)

• Additional training or certifications in specialized massage techniques or advanced facial treatments will help your application stand out
