Massage Therapist

About the role

H10 Hotels needs to recruit a Masseuse to work at our hotel H10 Ocean Suites & Dreams, in Fuerteventura.

What you'll do

- Perform body treatments according to the Spa Menu protocols.

- Perform aesthetic treatments according to the Spa Menu protocols.

- Advise clients based on their needs for both treatments and products.

- Organize client health information and data according to protocols.

- Ability to build a regular client base.

- Knowledge and willingness for up-selling and cross-selling of treatments and products.

- Retail product sales after each treatment according to the client's needs.

- Monitor and restock the product inventory in the treatment cabin daily.

- Communicate with the Spa Manager when professional and retail products are needed.

- Maintain cleanliness and order in both the treatment cabin and the Spa & Fitness area.

- Maintain fluid communication with the Spa Manager regarding any incidents.

- Treat clients with respect and courtesy in all areas of the Hotel and Spa.

- Ability to resolve incidents and requests, and relay messages.

What we're looking for

- Minimum of 2 years of previous experience.

- Good level of English. Other languages will be valued.

- Residing in Fuerteventura.
