D.I.B. Automotive Group is seeking an experienced Senior Automotive Technician to join the Discount Inspection & Brakes team at our Spencer Highway location, located at 7419 Spencer Highway, Pasadena TX 77505
Experienced technicians can earn $40–$60 per flag hour based on experience and performance. Our technicians also have access to a 5-day work week, sign-on bonus opportunities, twice-yearly tool allowance, and opportunities for continued career growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Diagnose and troubleshoot advanced vehicle issues
- Complete automotive repairs and maintenance to industry standards
- Use modern diagnostic equipment and software effectively
- Perform quality repairs that support customer satisfaction
- Stay current with automotive technology and repair methods
Qualifications We’re Looking For
- ASE certification
- 5+ years of hands-on diagnostic and repair experience
- Strong technical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Experience using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment
