• This is an On call role. Which means there are no Guaranteed hours. What does it mean to be an on-call at Pelmorex? On-Call employees are called upon to replace employees on vacation, sick days, stat holidays or unplanned events. This means that schedules can be unpredictable and last minute but we will always make our best effort to schedule shifts in advance. Our ideal candidate is someone who is flexible and willing to work during a number of different shifts. You are ready to go, have a good understanding of your availability and deal well with last minute requests. Why join us as an on-call?
