Description
- Ownership of the customer data domain including definitions, ownership, quality rules, KPIs and remediation
- Setup of the governance model including data owners in the business, stewards in the countries, and decision rules
- Stakeholder alignment with teams behind Dynamics 365 and Salesforce, BI and integration to build data quality into processes
- Selection of the MDM platform
- Leadership of the MDM team including the MDM Manager and MDM Engineer
- 5+ years in MDM, data governance or data quality including international company experience
- Demonstrated success in building and running a governance setup
- Solid understanding of customer data in CRM and ERP, ideally Dynamics 365 and/or Salesforce
- Hands-on experience with at least one MDM or data quality platform
- Working knowledge of GDPR as it applies to customer data
- Fluent English language skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Pragmatic, hands-on, and entrepreneurial mindset with leadership potential
- German language skills
