  • Support governance, compliance, audit, and internal control activities
  • Validate, review, and cleanse data to maintain exceptional quality standards
  • Investigate and resolve data-related queries from across the business
  • Monitor service performance against agreed SLAs and service expectations
  • Produce reporting on data quality, duplicates, inactive records, and process performance
  • Identify opportunities to standardise, automate, and improve data management processes
  • Partner with Finance, Procurement, Shared Services, IT, and operational teams to ensure data remains accurate and fit for purpose

What You'll Bring

We're looking for someone who combines strong attention to detail with a passion for data quality and continuous improvement.

You'll ideally have:

  • Experience creating and maintaining master data within ERP and related business systems
  • A solid understanding of data governance, data quality, compliance, and internal controls
  • Experience working within structured, SLA-driven environments
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • A proactive, organised approach with a commitment to accuracy
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high standards
  • A-levels, degree-level education, or equivalent relevant experience

Why Join Tarmac?

At Tarmac, you'll be part of a business where accurate data drives operational excellence, financial control, and strategic decision-making. You'll have the opportunity to make a genuine impact, work with a wide range of stakeholders, and contribute to the continuous improvement of critical business processes.

Whether you're already working in Master Data, Data Governance, Shared Services, Finance Operations, or ERP Administration, this is a fantastic opportunity to develop your career within a leading organisation.
