Position Summary:
We are seeking experienced Master Automotive Detailers to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring our new and pre-owned vehicles meet the highest standards of presentation and quality. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for detail, takes pride in their work, and is highly skilled in advanced detailing techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform full-service detailing on new and pre-owned vehicles
- Operate buffers and polishing equipment safely and effectively
- Complete paint correction processes, including compounding and polishing
- Remove heavy stains from interior surfaces (carpet, upholstery, headliners)
- Perform professional headlight restoration
- Remove window tint as needed
- Clean and recondition vehicle interiors and exteriors to dealership standards
- Inspect completed work to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive detailing experience
- Proven experience with buffing, paint correction, and advanced detailing techniques
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Ability to pass a drug screen and background check
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
