THE OPPORTUNITY

Position Summary:
- Develop and maintain Master Production schedule (MPS) for Switchgear and/or ATS.
- Own and conduct MPS meetings for SWGR and/or ATS.
- Capacity Planning – coordinate with Production to determine capacity requirements for ongoing and proposed projects.
- Act as liaison between Production, Supply chain, Project Management and Engineering on all scheduling related activities.
- Manage new orders and create Production orders for Switchgear, ATS and bus fabrication.
- Ensure Fabrication schedule aligns with production schedules.
- Track daily production progress information and adjust schedule requirements.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
Required Education / Experience / Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in science, Engineering, or related experience.
- Minimum 5-years scheduling experience in ETO switchgear and Automatic transfer switch (ATS) business.
- Familiarity with ETO switchgear and ATS assembly process.
- Familiarity with SAP ERP system.
- Familiarity with Regal Rexnord RBS system and Thomson Quality process.
- Ability to interpret Electrical single line diagrams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent skills in verbal, nonverbal, and written communications.
- Proficiency in data analysis.
