Masters Level Mental Health Professional - Pine Bluff

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Serve as primary therapist and carry an active caseload utilizing psychotherapy, individual and group, when appropriate.
2. Maintain treatment and administrative records, if appropriate, for each client assigned.
3. Prepare clinical reports on patient status and progress for submission to appropriate source.
4. Complete diagnostic assessments of clients assigned.
5. Conduct intake interviews and refers to other staff when appropriate.
6. May provide services to SMI clients which include assessment, case management, and crisis intervention.
7. Acquire familiarity with other human service agencies in order to expedite referrals to and from those agencies.
8. Follow-up with clients to ensure continuity of care and proper management of treatment.
9. Provide consultation and educational services.
10. Provision of prevention activities through groups, community presentations, and other activities as assigned by the Director of Clinical Services.
11. Therapist will be responsible for providing Counseling Services to clients enrolled in the CMHC Forensic Outpatient Restoration Program.

Licensed Mental Health Professional (LCSW, LPC) with experience treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting.
