- Responsible for receiving and reviewing picking assignment from Warehouse Supervisor.
- Responsible for staging and preparing shipment from warehouse to the assigned Staging Lane.
- Responsible for verifying that quantity and product is correct to Pick List.
- Responsible for applying shrink wrap, seal, tape and destination labels to prepared shipment.
- Applies chain & “Ready to Ship” sign to Staging Lane and returns documents to Warehouse Supervisor when order is complete.
- Responsible for accuracy of order and documentation.
- Loads or unloads trucks as directed.
- Maintains safety standards at all times.
- Communicates with Warehouse Supervisor when order is complete or discrepancy is identified.
- Stack pallets and containers where directed in the facility.
- Cleans up and disposes of cardboard, strapping and keeps warehouse/shipping areas free of debris.
