Pay: Base+ Shift differential= $21.50 (+ based on experience)

Position Overview:

Reporting to the Operations Supervisor, the Material Handler is responsible for the safe and efficient movement of materials and finished goods throughout the plant, as well as operating secondary packaging equipment to support production and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

Safely transfer raw materials and finished goods throughout the facility

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and secondary packaging equipment (case erectors, packers, sealers, palletizers, etc.)

Perform daily forklift inspections and follow all safety, GMP, and regulatory requirements

Monitor packaging operations to ensure food safety, quality, and customer specifications

Conduct equipment cleaning, inspections, troubleshooting, and minor adjustments

Perform changeovers, line clears, labeling, and coding setup

Accurately record inventory movements, production data, and work logs (MES)

Identify and report quality issues, equipment malfunctions, and unsafe conditions

Maintain a clean, organized work area and participate in team meetings and training

Other duties as assigned.
