Role Overview: As a Material Handler II-Receiving, you play a critical role in maintaining the supply chain operations at Henry Ford Health. You will receive, verify, and process goods, ensuring accurate inventory management and timely delivery to support patient care and organizational needs. What You Will Do:

• Verify receipt of items against packing slips and purchase orders.
• Enter inventory into the database for tracking and maintain warehouse inventory levels.
• Process returns, schedule pickups, and investigate any issues with received goods.
• Deliver supplies and equipment to various locations, ensuring timely and accurate distribution.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized receiving and dock areas.
• Engage with clinicians, administrators, and vendors to ensure excellent service.

Required Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or completion of an accredited high school completion program.
• Valid Driver's License and Chauffeur's License obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date.

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least one year of experience in shipping, receiving, order picking, logistics, distribution, warehousing, or inventory management.
