Job Purpose:
- The Material Handler at NOVO Building Products is responsible for the efficient movement, storage, and handling of materials within the warehouse or manufacturing facility. This role ensures that materials are available for production and distribution in a timely manner, contributing to the smooth operation of the company's supply chain and production processes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and supplies against purchase orders and packing lists.
- Safely and efficiently transport materials to designated storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock counts to ensure inventory accuracy.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure materials are available for manufacturing processes.
- Prepare and package materials for shipment according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing material handling tasks.
- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate material handling activities.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues related to inventory or material handling to management.
