Key responsibilities:
- Process and verify customer orders in the WMS or ERP system; prepare picking and packing documents; release orders to the warehouse; coordinate picking, packing and shipping; prioritise urgent orders; and monitor outbound order progress.
Requirements:
- Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or a related discipline; 1–3 years’ warehousing, logistics or supply chain experience. Experience with WMS, SAP, Oracle or similar systems is preferred.
Additional:
- Shift work is required.
- Shift allowance provided.
- The schedule lists five shifts:
- Monday–Thursday and Sunday, 8:30 am–6:15 pm
- Tuesday–Saturday, 8:30 am–6:15 pm
- Monday–Friday and Sunday, 10:30 am–10:30 pm
- Monday–Thursday and Sunday, 1:00 pm–10:45 pm
- Tuesday–Saturday, 1:00 pm–10:45 pm
