Overview of Responsibilities:

Material Staging Responsibilities

• Stage all needed materials for each production run
• Fill hoppers as needed to complete orders
• Setup, monitor and troubleshoot automatic material handling system

Material and Inventory Control Responsibilities

• Complete all Material Requirements Planning (MRP) transactions
• Prepare and monitor all raw material shipped out
• Keep accurate inventory and location of each plastic, regrind, and dye material
• Record lot numbers for traceability

Equipment Monitoring Responsibilities

• Clean hoppers, filters, and material lines
• Mix plastic to correct quantities and ratios based on appropriate documentation
• Grind scrap material in a timely manner

General Responsibilities

• Clean and organize work area as well as the molding machines

• Responsibility to protect Donatelle confidential information and Intellectual Property
• Follow safety requirements as outlined in the safety manual
• Perform other projects and duties as assigned
