Job Description
GENERAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collection of finished goods from the manufacturing line and forwarding to packaging and/or inspection as required.
- Proper FIFO of raw materials and component parts.
- Assist with box building as needed.
- Assist with trash and scrap removal as needed.
- Placement of raw material and component parts to the manufacturing line as required. (Loaders,Assembled parts, etc.)
- Placement of packaging, returning or corrugated, to the manufacturing line as required.
- Proper use of all fork trucks and pallet jacks.
- Maintain timely and accurate material daily logs.
- Complete and turn in daily Fork Lift inspections.
- Other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Coordinator.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:
- General education.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Valid fork truck license.
- Able to work at a quick pace.
- Personal computer skills preferred.
- Must have a valid current state issued driver’s license
