Job Duties :

  • Create, validate and maintain a valid materials plan based upon the Master Plan and Master Production Schedule from Toll Manufacturing or Joint Venture

  • Ensure the right materials are procured at the right time, quality and quantity to minimize production and storage costs, based on the material plan.

  • Schedule and manage the execution of material deliveries against existing contracts or purchase orders.

  • Assess and respond to expected raw material storage and distribution capacity requirements based upon supplier lead times.

  • Lead resolution of short-term supply/demand imbalances for ingredients and packaging materials.

  • Identify and initiate response to raw material service/quality complaints from manufacturing. Initiate return material process involving QA and Sourcing.

  • Participate in and provide data for evaluation of supplier service performance and work with sourcing and suppliers to improve performance.

  • Assists operations, sourcing and/or supply chain in the execution of production, sourcing, supply scheduling and planning, and/or inventory management plans, and sharing the plan with stakeholders.

  • Enter Tolling and Resale transaction data into SAP systems incl. Goods Receipts, Consumption and etc…

  • Extract transaction data from SAP systems and OMP planning systems.

  • Coordinate Special release requests from MT/RD teams.

  • Handle scrap & left-over material with cross functional teams.

  • Manage bonded raw material to non-bonded process with Customs

  • Place raw material Purchase order/STO for technical sample

  • Support return process and sample request

  • Perform month-end inventory reconciliation with Toller and Inventory Management.

  • Maintain database(s) access needs and controls related to supply chain data management & support

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree with 5 years related SC experiences.

  • Good English communication in oral and writing. TOEIC above 780 points.

  • Excellent PC skills, especially on Excel.

  • Proactive attitude and strong teamwork with different groups.

  • Good at work follow-up, with sense of urgency to meet commitments.

  • Familiar with working on SAP and Planning system.
