Material & Production Analyst
We are looking for a Material & Production Analyst to join our team and play an important role in ensuring material availability, production continuity, and efficient supply chain operations.
This is a great opportunity for a professional who enjoys working in a dynamic, cross-functional environment, connecting Planning, Purchasing, Logistics, Production, and Supply Chain to solve problems, improve processes, and support business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and monitor material availability to ensure production requirements are met and potential shortages are identified in advance.
Analyze demand forecasts, inventory levels, material requirements, and replenishment needs.
Follow up on production schedules and identify potential risks, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
Collaborate closely with Purchasing, Logistics, Production, Supply Chain, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth material flow.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to materials, inventory, and production.
Ensure data accuracy and proper information management within ERP/MRP systems.
Prepare reports, analyses, and recommendations to support operational and business decisions.
Support the identification and implementation of continuous improvement opportunities, with a focus on operational efficiency, inventory optimization, and cost reduction.
Contribute to cross-functional projects and initiatives involving planning, materials, production, and supply chain processes.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields.
Previous experience in material planning, production planning, supply chain, logistics, or related operations.
Good knowledge of ERP/MRP systems and strong interest in developing expertise in planning and supply chain tools.
Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across different functions and manage multiple priorities.
Advanced to fluent English proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively in meetings, emails, presentations, and interactions with international teams.

Preferred Qualifications / Differentials
Experience with SAP, especially in material planning, purchasing, production, or inventory processes.
Knowledge or experience in Foreign Trade (Comércio Exterior / Import & Export), including international logistics and related processes.
Experience in a manufacturing environment.
Knowledge of Power BI or other data analysis and reporting tools.
Experience with supply chain planning, MRP, inventory management, or production control
