Materials & Procurement Operations Systems Specialist – Bilingual

We are seeking a bilingual Spanish/English SAP MM professional to support materials, procurement, and manufacturing-related operations.

The Opportunity

The role focuses on SAP Materials Management and day-to-day operational support. Candidates may come from a functional consulting background or from extensive hands-on SAP business-user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Support SAP MM transactions and materials-management processes.
• Assist procurement and manufacturing users with operational SAP issues.
• Train and support Spanish-speaking personnel.
• Troubleshoot materials and procurement-related functional issues.
• Support integration with inventory, warehouse, and production processes.
• Assist with basic EDI and IDoc monitoring and transaction flows.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP functional experience or extensive hands-on SAP MM business-user experience.
• Strong working knowledge of SAP MM transactions and processes.
• Experience supporting materials, procurement, or manufacturing operations.
• Fluent Spanish and English.
• Ability to train and support business users.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Availability for on-site work in Chelmsford.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts.
• Basic knowledge of SAP EDI and IDocs.

Preferred Experience

• Exposure to SAP PP, IM, or WM.
• SAP S/4HANA experience.
• SAP MM, PP, or S/4HANA certification.
