Job Summary
We're seeking a dedicated, dynamic teacher to create an engaging learning environment that fosters student growth and serves as a vital bridge between the classroom and home, keeping parents updated on their child's progress.
Responsibilities
- Implement and deliver our curriculum that is aligned with the SEAB/MOE Primary Maths syllabus to help students connect abstract concepts with real-world applications. Also actively shaping our materials by translating classroom-tested insights into refinements for our living methodology.
- Mentor students with patience and empathy to support their individual learning challenges and progress
- Maintain consistent communication with parents to update them on student milestones and foster collaborative support
- Commit to teaching across the 46-week MOE academic calendar and holiday programmes in March, June, and December
- Foster a positive and engaging classroom environment that encourages student participation and growth
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Hold a teaching qualification such as Ex-MOE/NIE training or a degree in Education or Mathematics
- Preferably at least 5 years of teaching experiences in local Primary Schools or tuition centers
