Develops numerical methods and algorithms for engineering fluid-flow simulation software using C# and advanced ODE/PDE solving techniques.
Salary: £45,000 - 70,000 per year
Requirements:- Excellent knowledge of numerical methods for solving ODEs and PDEs
- A PhD in a STEM subject
- Good numerical programming skills, ideally in C#
- Good technical communication skills
- Develop numerical methods for new software products
- Create and modify numerical methods for solving PDEs and ODEs
- Produce robust and efficient algorithms for engineering fluid flow simulation software
- Implement numerical methods in code
- Work closely with programmers to convert mathematical insights into finished products
