Summary:
The Maximo Project Manager will lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Asset Intelligence function, ensuring that projects involving IBM Maximo meet their scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects within the Asset Intelligence function.
Manage projects involving IBM Maximo, ensuring delivery to agreed scope, schedule, budget, and quality.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, RAID logs, and governance documentation.
Engage with business and technical stakeholders to define requirements and manage project delivery.
Facilitate project governance, status reporting, and steering committee updates.
Identify, manage, and mitigate project risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and third-party suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure effective communication across all stakeholder groups.
Support change management and implementation activities where required.
Promote best practice project management methodologies and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
Demonstrable experience delivering projects involving IBM Maximo.
Strong understanding of Asset Management or Asset Intelligence environments.
Proven experience managing complex technology or business transformation projects.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Experience managing project governance, reporting, risks, and dependencies.
Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Ability to work effectively within a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Strong facilitation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have:
Experience working within utilities, infrastructure, or other asset-intensive organisations.
Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies.
PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP or equivalent project management certification.
Experience working with cross-functional technical delivery teams.
