JOB DESCRIPTION
We are seeking a Maximo Support Engineer with 5–12 years of experience to join our team in Hyderabad, Gurugram, or Noida on a 6-month contract. The role requires strong hands-on experience in IBM Maximo support (7.6.x / MAS) with domain knowledge of CMMS/EAM and facilities management processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for Maximo configuration, workflows, security administration, and ticket handling using ITSM tools.

REQUIREMENTS
- 5–12 years of IT experience with strong hands-on IBM Maximo support (7.6.x / MAS)
- Domain knowledge of CMMS / EAM and facilities management processes
- Experience in Maximo configuration, workflows and security administration
- Good SQL skills (Oracle / SQL Server / DB2)
- Ticket-handling experience using ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and ITIL processes
- IBM Maximo Application Suite (MAS 8/9) and Maximo Mobile (Good-to-Have)
- Maximo automation scripting (Jython / JavaScript) (Good-to-Have)
- BIRT reporting (Good-to-Have)
- Maximo integrations with ERP / third-party systems (Good-to-Have)
- IBM Maximo certification (Good-to-Have)
