Maximo Technical Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Configure IBM Maximo applications, modules, workflows, security settings and business rules based on functional requirements.
• Develop and maintain Maximo customizations using appropriate application, object structure and automation capabilities.
• Design, implement and support integrations between Maximo and internal or external enterprise applications.
• Assess technical requirements, prepare solution designs and estimate development effort for Maximo enhancements.
• Investigate production issues, perform root-cause analysis and deliver stable application fixes and improvements.

Skills Required:

• 5 - 10 years of relevant experience in IBM Maximo technical implementation, enhancement or support.
• Hands-on experience with IBM Maximo 9.x or later, including technical configuration and customization.
• Strong understanding of Maximo integration architecture and enterprise system interfaces.
• Ability to design maintainable Maximo solutions supporting complex asset and work management processes.
• Experience translating business requirements into Maximo technical solutions and supporting application testing and releases.

Good to Have:

• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, troubleshooting and validation.

Education: B.Tech, B.E. or B.Tech M.Tech dual degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
