Digital Customer Platform Operations and Management (Omnichannel)

• 수립된 프로세스 및 체크리스트를 사용하여 MB Store(Digital Extras) 플랫폼 및 관련 고객 여정의 일상적인 운영을 모니터링합니다.
• 운영 이슈 및 변경 요청을 기록하고, 담당 팀과 후속 조치를 조율하며, 해결되지 않거나 중대한 이슈를 에스컬레이션합니다.
• 합의된 커뮤니케이션 및 승인 프로세스에 따라 서비스 업데이트 및 운영 관련 커뮤니케이션을 준비하고 배포합니다.
• 서비스 연속성을 지원하기 위해 이슈 로그, 운영 가이드 및 반복 업무 트래커를 유지·관리합니다.

Release and UAT Coordination

• 예정된 MB Store 및 앱 관련 릴리스에 대해 배정된 UAT 및 마켓 검증 활동을 조율합니다.
• 합의된 테스트 케이스를 수행하고, 결과를 문서화하며, HQ 및 로컬 팀과 결함 및 미결 조치 사항을 추적합니다.
• 릴리스 준비 상태 점검 및 릴리스 후 검증을 지원하고, 장애 요인을 담당 매니저 또는 비즈니스 오너에게 에스컬레이션합니다.
• 구현 전에 필요한 이해관계자의 의견 및 승인을 추적합니다.

Stakeholder Communication and Follow-up

• 로컬 비즈니스 부서, HQ 팀 및 외부 파트너가 관련된 배정된 주제에 대해 일상적인 운영 연락 창구 역할을 수행합니다.
• 회의 자료를 준비하고, 주요 결과를 문서화하며, 합의된 조치 사항과 기한을 후속 관리합니다.
• 서비스 공지를 준비하고, 필요에 따라 기존 커뮤니케이션 및 교육 자료를 업데이트합니다.
• 적시에 현황을 업데이트하고, 우선순위 결정이나 의사결정이 필요한 사안은 담당 매니저 또는 비즈니스 오너에게 전달합니다.

Performance Monitoring, Reporting and Data Support

• 정기 보고서를 업데이트하고, 합의된 KPI, 서비스 이슈, 고객 피드백 및 미결 조치 사항을 추적합니다.
• 담당 팀으로부터 데이터 입력값을 취합하고, 누락되거나 일관되지 않은 정보를 표시합니다.
• 운영 현황, 리스크 및 의사결정이 필요한 사안에 대한 간결한 요약을 준비합니다.
• 온보딩 및 업무 종료 시 인수인계를 지원하기 위해 반복 업무, 주요 연락처 및 미결 주제에 대한 최신 문서를 유지·관리합니다.

Compliance/Legal-related Operational Support

• 수립된 내부 정책 및 Legal, Compliance, Data Privacy 팀의 가이드에 따라 배정된 운영 활동을 수행합니다.
• 컴플라이언스 검토, 보고 또는 문의에 필요한 문서 및 데이터 수집을 조율합니다.
• 담당 비즈니스 오너 또는 권한을 부여받은 부서의 검토 및 제출을 위한 지원 자료를 준비합니다.
• 잠재적인 컴플라이언스 관련 우려 사항을 평가 및 가이드를 위해 담당 전문가에게 에스컬레이션합니다.

Digital Customer Platform Operations and Management (Omnichannel)

• Monitor the day-to-day operation of MB Store (Digital Extras) platforms and related customer journeys using established processes and checklists.
• Log operational issues and change requests, coordinate follow-up with the responsible teams, and escalate unresolved or critical issues.
• Prepare and distribute service updates and operational communications in line with agreed communication and approval processes.
• Maintain issue logs, operating guides, and recurring task trackers to support service continuity.

Release and UAT Coordination

• Coordinate assigned UAT and market validation activities for scheduled MB Store and app-related releases.
• Execute agreed test cases, document results, and track defects and outstanding actions with HQ and local teams.
• Support release-readiness checks and post-release verification, and escalate blockers to the responsible manager or business owner.
• Track required stakeholder inputs and approvals before implementation.

Stakeholder Communication and Follow-up

• Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for assigned topics involving local business units, HQ teams, and external partners.
• Prepare meeting materials, document key outcomes, and follow up on agreed actions and deadlines.
• Prepare service announcements and update existing communication and training materials as needed.
• Provide timely status updates and refer matters requiring prioritization or decisions to the responsible manager or business owner.

Performance Monitoring, Reporting and Data Support

• Update recurring reports and track agreed KPIs, service issues, customer feedback, and outstanding actions.
• Consolidate data inputs from responsible teams and flag missing or inconsistent information.
• Prepare concise summaries of operational status, risks, and matters requiring decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of recurring tasks, key contacts, and open topics to support onboarding and end-of-assignment handover.

Compliance/Legal-related Operational Support

• Perform assigned operational activities in accordance with established internal policies and guidance from Legal, Compliance, and Data Privacy teams.
• Coordinate the collection of documents and data required for compliance reviews, reporting, or inquiries.
• Prepare supporting materials for review and submission by the responsible business owners or authorized functions.
• Escalate potential compliance concerns to the responsible specialists for assessment and guidance.
