MBG Mill Shop Technician
Summary
Prepares and finishes glass and materials for installation in a boat manufacturing shop, performing drilling, sanding, and polishing while adhering to safety protocols.
Position Summary:
The Mill Shop Technician is responsible for prepping materials to be cut on the glass table and/or installed.
Responsibilities:
- Prep materials for installation by drilling, sanding, buffing and polishing.
- Ensure all glass kits are complete and delivered timely.
- Must be able to follow all safety rules and hazardous material guidelines.
- Able to follow directions and have attention to detail.
- Ability to perform job functions safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment while wearing all required PPE and following safety policy.
- Must practice good housekeeping by keeping work areas clean at all times.
- Other duties as assigned.
