MBR Designer (Rockwell)
- Design and configure Master Batch Records within Rockwell PharmaSuite
- Translate manufacturing process requirements into compliant MES design solutions
- Ensure adherence to global templates, design principles, and regulatory requirements
- Participate in design workshops, review sessions, testing, validation, and deployment activities
- Collaborate with process engineering, manufacturing, quality, and MES teams
- Identify process or design gaps and propose improvement opportunities
- Support standardization and best practices for future MBR development
- Ensure reusability, scalability, and compliance of implemented MES solutions
- Interpret process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and manufacturing documentation to develop MES design logic
- Contribute to troubleshooting and continuous improvement activities within the MES environment
- Experience working with Rockwell PharmaSuite
- Experience in MES configuration, development, deployment, or support activities within a manufacturing environment
- Experience with Master Batch Record configuration and management
- Knowledge of Rockwell PharmaSuite modules and functionalities
- Understanding of manufacturing execution concepts, electronic batch records, workflows, and production processes
- Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations and regulated environments
- Familiarity with GMP, GxP, and other industry compliance requirements
- Ability to analyze business and manufacturing requirements and translate them into MES solutions
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and international team environment
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
