MCC Laboratory Technician

Position Details:

• Full-time – 40 hours per week; currently operating on 8 hour days but with the new year will be switching to a 12 hour rotating schedule.
• Cheese Analysis; sample collection, prep and analysis (O’haus, pH, Food Scan, etc.)
• Environmental Monitoring (Swabbing, Internal/External testing, Corrective Actions and Follow up)
• Instrument Checks & Maintenance
• Wage range variably based on required experience ($21 - $29)

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has an excellent attendance record
• Preferred practical experience with Laboratory Techniques and Lab Equipment
• Required – basic use of Microsoft Office Products including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook. Experience with SharePoint is a plus.
• Ability to learn and use company databases and reporting tools
• High level of organization and attention to detail required
• Ability to work closely in a team environment.
• Ability to effectively communicatie orally and in written form
• Organized and timely execution of assigned tasks.
• High level of organization and attention to detail required
