What you'll do

As a restaurant manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations. Some of your main responsibilities will be:

• Shift operations management: coordinate staff activity during the different shifts to ensure fast, efficient, and high-quality service.
• Team supervision: lead, organize, motivate, and support restaurant staff (kitchen, dining room, and McDrive) ensuring everyone fulfills their duties.
• Customer service: resolve issues and ensure an excellent experience for our customers, maintaining McDonald's standards of cleanliness, speed, and quality.
• Compliance with safety and hygiene protocols: ensure compliance with food hygiene regulations, workplace safety, and internal company policies.
• Order and product management: monitor stock levels, place supplier orders, and ensure there are neither shortages nor excess inventory.
• Administrative support: assist with tracking worked hours, shift scheduling, sales reports, and other basic management tasks.
• Training and onboarding support for new employees: take part in the initial and ongoing training of new team members, helping them integrate and develop within the restaurant.
• Teamwork with management: collaborate with the rest of the management team to achieve restaurant goals (productivity, quality, work environment, etc.).

Requirements

• Previous experience in management positions, preferably in the restaurant industry.
• Must be of legal age
• People with initiative
• Leadership and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work weekends and rotating shifts.
• Residency in Banyoles or willingness to commute.
• Catalan and Spanish required
