MCU 韌體工程師 (Power PMI/PMC) Staff/Sr. MCU FW Engineer

To support our teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a Staff/Sr. Firmware Engineer (BMC Control Module) located in Taiwan Taipei Wugu Site.

What a typical day looks like:
1. Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for PMI (Power Management Interface) and communication MCU platforms.
2. Develop firmware for ARM Cortex-M based microcontrollers, including bootloaders, peripheral drivers, middleware, and application software.
3. Perform board bring-up, hardware validation, and firmware debugging on custom embedded systems.
4. Develop telemetry, monitoring, control, and fault management functions for Power modules
5. Design and validate firmware update mechanisms, including bootloader and UDS-based firmware update solutions.
6. Debug hardware-software integration issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, protocol analyzers, and CAN analyzers.
7. Collaborate with hardware, validation, manufacturing, and customer engineering teams to investigate and resolve technical issues.
8. Develop test tools and automation scripts to improve firmware validation efficiency.
9. Participate in technical reviews and contribute to system architecture discussions.

主要工作內容:

• 負責 PMI（Power Management Interface）及通訊控制 MCU 平台的嵌入式韌體設計、開發與維護。
• 負責 ARM Cortex-M 微控制器韌體開發，包括 Bootloader、周邊驅動程式、Middleware 及應用程式開發。
• 執行客製化嵌入式系統之 Board Bring-up、硬體驗證及韌體除錯。
• 開發電源模組之遙測、監控、控制及故障管理功能。
• 設計並驗證韌體更新機制，包括 Bootloader 及基於 UDS的韌體更新方案。
• 使用示波器、邏輯分析儀、通訊協定分析儀及 CAN 分析儀進行硬體與軟體整合問題除錯。
• 與硬體、驗證、製造及客戶工程團隊合作，分析並解決技術問題。
• 開發測試工具及自動化測試腳本，提升韌體驗證效率。
• 參與技術設計審查及系統架構討論。

The experience we are looking to add to our team:

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a related field; master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in consumer PC, industrial PC, laptops, RISC architecture, or networking-related products.
• Strong communication skills, self-motivation, and the ability to navigate ambiguity effectively

Nice to have:

• Experience with OCP ORV3 rack architectures.

電機工程或相關科系學士以上學歷，碩士學歷尤佳。
8年以上相關產品開發經驗，具消費性電腦、工業電腦、筆記型電腦、RISC 架構或網通產品開發經驗。
具良好的溝通協調能力、自我驅動力及獨立解決問題能力。
能在需求不明確或快速變動的環境中有效推動專案進行。

加分條件:
具 OCP ORV3 機架架構相關開發經驗者尤佳。
