• Strong proficiency in SQL to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from relational databases.
• Ability to clean, transform, and analyze raw data to identify trends and insights.
• Experience in handling messy data, dealing with missing values, and performing transformations.
• Strong knowledge of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, and advanced formulas for quick data analysis.
• Ability to interpret KPIs, financial reports, customer analytics, and operational data to support business decisions.
• Familiarity with finance and insurance domain.
• Knowledge of GDPR, CCPA, and other data privacy laws to maintain ethical data practices.
