Location MDM Ops Specialist - Finance Building No 12D, Floor 5, Raheja Mindspace, Cyberabad, Madhapur, Hyderabad - 500081, Telangana, India Job ID 30221367 Job Category Finance Posted Start Date November 4, 2026 Apply Save Job Responsible for executing activities done by the MDM Operations team within all capabilities provided, i.e. Master Data maintenance processes, controls, SLAs, point of contact for MDM CoE and business, issue solving (root cause analysis), process performance monitoring . · Maintaining Master Data following the data quality, controls and compliance rules and regulations · Adhering to SLAs and report/escalate exceptions to Operations domain Lead · Conduct issue root cause analyses and IT touchpoint for system issues fixes · Support monitoring of MDM services performance and MDM end-to-end processes timelines · Supports MDM Operations management and collaborate with the MDM CoE for new service introduction. This includes taking part into projects testing phases, producing SOPs and training materials Domain Expertise: Act as the subject matter expert for: · Cost Centers · Profit Centers · General Ledger Accounts · Company Codes · Trading Partners / Intercompany Master Data Process & Technology Enablement · Design and document end-to-end master data maintenance processes. · Collaborate with Digital/IT teams on workflow automation and master data tooling. · Define business requirements for data quality rules, validations, integrations, and reporting solutions. Project & Transformation Support · Support ERP deployment and finance transformation programs. · Lead master data conversion, mapping, validation, and reconciliation activities. · Develop data standards and transformation rules for new systems and acquisitions. · Ensure master data readiness for reporting, analytics, and operational processes.
