Main Responsibilities as ME

Implement regular activities as risk assessment and safety behavior to improve the environment of machining shop floor. Identify a risky issue and collect available data and connect them to a known solution or provide a new solution.

Collaborate with internal and external colleagues through prompt response and action, focus on the root cause of serious quality issue to minimize machining scrap. Has responsible for optimization of production lines and manufacturing processes with improvement activities. Apply knowledge of the manufacturing field, application, expertise, and technology in order to achieve zero defects.

Acquire communication and interaction skills to reach agreement through negotiation from diverse interests or others in related departments, to drive key performance results and manage conflict in a constructive way.

Develop new product as a continuous improvement of manufacturing process and flexibly control plan to satisfy customer. Efficiently utilize time, resources, and budget to fulfill the result. Verification and Validation manufacturing process for new machining part.
