Operates a Coordinate Measuring Machine to inspect aerospace parts against engineering drawings, document results, and support quality-engineering processes.
Mission Brief
Your Role in Our Space Mission:
- Programming of CMM Programs
- Set up Parts on the Machine
- Measurement of Production orders against Drawings
- Documentation of Measurement Results
- Non-Conformities handling
- First Artikel Inspection for new Parts
- Create Set up Sheets for the CMM Programs
- CIP Continual Improvement Process
- Measurement of Features with other Equipment’s f. E. Roughness
- Support QE by Measurement Topics
- Support the Manager by Calibration Topics
- Feedback to QE for Drawing improvement
- Support by ordering new Equipment
- Support by Work Preparation for CMM
Qualification Checklist
- Mechanical Education f. E. Industriemechaniker, Feinwerkmechaniker or Similar
- 3+ years workepiriance with CMM.
- Solid knowledge of QA processes in a production environment
- Solid knowledge of Calypso / Quartis and / or Polyworks Software or Similar
- Experience in QA as an Measurement Technican
- Aukom 1 (Aukom 2 wish)
- Good German and English language skills
- Ability to work independently
