Meat Clerk

At West Dakota Meats, our goal is to provide incredible service and quality meat products for hunters, families, and meat enthusiasts.

In this role you will multi-task packaging meat and processing sales transactions utilizing a POS system. If you are passionate about putting a smile on someone's face and getting your foot in the door of the meat industry, this might be the right place for you.

What will I do?

• Provide incredible customer service to our customers
• Package and vacuum seal meat
• Prepare items for display by packaging, and labeling products
• Process sales transactions
• Keep our shelves and service counter stocked with fresh products. Properly fill, rotate, and merchandise shelves, cases, and displays
• Contribute to a clean environment through regular cleaning tasks
• Price, date, wrap and/or bag meat products per established guidelines using scales

Preferred candidates:

• Have a welcoming and helpful attitude
• Prior experience with a POS

• Prompt and regular attendance required
• Prior food service and/or packaging preferred
• Cash handling experience

Shifts available:

We have part time or full time shifts available Monday - Saturday rotation.
