🔧 Join the workshop of a leading company in construction machinery! We are looking for mechanical personnel (1st, 2nd, and 3rd Class Skilled Tradespeople)

Are you passionate about mechanics and looking for a permanent contract in a stable team with growth potential? At Ananda, we are looking for 3 people for the workshop of a company with over 25 years of experience in the rental of machinery for construction, civil engineering, and renovations, serving Barcelona, Maresme, Vallès, and the rest of Catalonia.

The selected person will be part of the workshop and will be responsible for ensuring that the machinery is always in optimal condition before delivery to customers, guaranteeing safety and reliability on-site. We value profiles of 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Class Skilled Tradespeople.

What you'll do

🔹 Diagnose mechanical faults in construction and public works machinery.

🔹 Perform repairs and preventive and corrective maintenance work.

🔹 Disassemble, repair, replace, and adjust equipment components.

🔹 Inspect machinery before delivery to ensure correct operation and safety.

🔹 Detect possible incidents and propose necessary repairs.

🔹 Collaborate with the workshop management in the planning of work and daily priorities.

🔹 Keep the workshop tidy and comply with internal work procedures.

🔹 Work in a coordinated manner with the team to offer an agile and high-quality service.

What we're looking for

🔹 Minimum vocational training (FP I) in Mechanics.

🔹 Experience as a mechanic or skilled tradesperson in construction machinery, industrial machinery, industrial vehicles, trucks, or automotive.

🔹 Ability to diagnose and repair faults autonomously.

🔹 Essential knowledge of diesel engine mechanics.

🔹 Level of Catalan and Spanish.

🔹 Driver's license and own vehicle.

🔹 Availability for immediate start.

Nice to have

🔹 Experience in rental machinery or heavy machinery.

🔹 Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics applied to machinery.

🔹 Ability to prioritize repairs while maintaining a high level of quality.

🔹 Responsibility, commitment, and willingness to stay long-term.

🔹 Good attitude for teamwork.

What you'll get

🔹 Salary: 37,856 €.

How you'll work

🔹 Permanent contract.

🔹 Full-time, Monday to Friday: from 7:30 h to 13:00 h and from 15:00 h to 18:00 h.

🔹 Immediate start.
