Mechanic | Level B

Key Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on passenger vehicles, light trucks, semi-trucks, and industrial equipment.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical issues on semi-trucks and trailers, including:
  
  • HVAC systems
  • Brakes
  • Steering & suspension
  • Preventive maintenance (PM) inspections
  • Drivetrain components
  • Electrical systems
• Utilize and maintain Tire Pressure Monitoring Systems (TPMS).
• Assist with inventory tasks, including loading, unloading, and physical counts.
• Participate in ongoing training and follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Skills, Education & Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen.
• Experience with heavy-duty or commercial tires preferred (not required).
• Ability to lift and move tires weighing 30–250 lbs, with or without mechanical assistance.
• Capable of performing physically demanding work, including repetitive motion and working in various conditions (awkward positions, vibration, etc.).
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Overtime may be required.
