✅ Machine Operation｜機台操作與生產管理

• Operate production equipment and perform machine setup, adjustment, troubleshooting, and daily checks to ensure stable and efficient production operations. 負責產線機台操作、設備設定、參數調整、異常排除與日常檢查，確保生產流程穩定、高效運行。
• Monitor production processes and conduct quality inspections to ensure products meet JTI’s quality standards and specifications. 監控生產流程並執行產品品質檢查，確保產品符合JTI品質標準與要求。
• Follow SOPs and safety guidelines to maintain a safe and compliant production environment. 遵循標準作業流程(SOP)與安全規範，維持安全且符合要求的生產環境。

✅ Equipment Maintenance｜設備保養與改善

• Perform preventive maintenance, basic troubleshooting, and equipment care activities to maintain machine reliability and performance. 執行設備預防保養、基礎故障排除及日常維護，確保機台穩定運作與最佳效能。
• Identify equipment issues, provide improvement suggestions, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to safety, quality, cost, and productivity.主動發掘設備改善機會，提出安全、品質、成本與效率改善建議，參與持續改善專案。
• Manage spare parts inspection, ordering, and inventory control to support smooth production operations. 負責設備備品檢查、申請與管理，確保生產所需零件供應及設備維護需求。

✅ Continuous Improvement & Knowledge Sharing｜持續改善與經驗傳承

• Participate in machine-related projects and improvement activities to enhance production efficiency and equipment performance. 參與機台改善專案與相關活動，提升生產效率及設備效能。
• Share knowledge and provide guidance or training to colleagues on machine operation, maintenance practices, and safety requirements. 分享設備操作與維護經驗，協助同仁提升機台操作能力、安全意識與工作技能。
• Continuously develop technical capabilities through structured training and hands-on learning opportunities. 透過完整培訓與實務學習，持續提升設備操作與技術專業能力。

✅ Workplace Safety & Quality｜安全與品質責任

• Actively promote a safety-first culture by identifying potential hazards, reporting unsafe conditions, and following JTI safety requirements. 落實安全第一文化，主動識別工作環境潛在風險，回報不安全狀況並遵循JTI職安要求。
• Take ownership of product quality and ensure compliance with quality assurance procedures throughout production operations. 對產品品質負責，確保生產過程符合品質保證流程與標準。
• Support a clean, organized, and efficient workplace by maintaining equipment and production areas. 維持機台與工作區域整潔，打造安全、高效的工作環境。

✅ Work Schedule｜工作時間

• Rotating shift schedule: Day shift 06:50–19:00 / Night shift 18:50–07:00 (including 2 hours and 10 minutes of break time), with day/night rotation every 12 days.

輪班制：早班 06:50–19:00 / 夜班 18:50–07:00（含休息時間共2小時10分鐘），每12天輪調一次早晚班。
